Ordering from this company was as easy as ABC. I forgot to fill out the shipping requirements and called the number provided. Someone answered right away and corrected my wrong in less than 2 minutes. I was super impressed! The item I ordered was a pink striped bag with my granddaughter's name on it in pink as well. It is soooo adorable and I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas. The order took less than a week to be customized with a name and arrive at my door. I will absolutely use this company again.
