  Great customer service. I was contacted by Amy before she shipped my order to let me know that the vinyl colour I picked for the name on the chair came slightly lighter in shade and asked if I was ok with it or wanted a different colour.   Easy order process and great service. I like that they wrapped the gift up so beautifully but I wish they didn't stick the business card inside. Not great when your giving it as a gift and the gift was wrapped so nicely that I couldn't unwrap to remove the business card.
